These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Earthonomy website, platform, and services including RISE™ certifications, SDL™ data platform, and Earthonomy Learn™ training programs. All content, features, and functionality of Earthonomy services, including but not limited to the REA™ (Regenerative Economy Architecture) framework, Seven Forces methodology, assessment tools, software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks are owned by Earthonomy, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without our express written consent.

Your use of our services does not grant you any ownership rights in our intellectual property.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Earthonomy and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or relating to your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Earthonomy in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Earthonomy and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or third parties, or is otherwise objectionable.
